Define the bottle and the process
Start with still or carbonated water, bottle material, neck finish and package sizes. A PET project may require a blow molding stage as well as filling and closing. Specify the actual bottle formats and the target output for each format.
Evaluate the complete line
Review bottle preparation, filling, capping, labeling and secondary packaging together. Confirm which machines, conveyors, format parts and controls are included. Check the interface between each stage rather than assuming a complete line is ready for your plant.
Prepare the U.S. destination
Request electrical, air, cooling and footprint information. Discuss access, unloading and installation responsibilities alongside the equipment proposal. The machine location and transfer route must be confirmed for the individual project.
