Choose the package before the machine
Share your bottle or can dimensions, closures, carbonation requirements and output target. The filler, closing equipment and format tools need to fit the same package. Do not assume a bottle filler can run cans or a capper can perform can seaming.
Review the product-contact system
Ask about the filling principle, cleaning arrangement and product-contact materials. Request the available operating documentation and condition evidence. Confirm the equipment details with your production and quality teams before purchase.
Connect filling to packaging
Include the labeler, coding, conveyors and case or multipack requirements in your brief. Check the output of each stage against the package formats you intend to produce.
