1. Start with your product and package
Specify the product, bottle or can material, size range, neck finish and closure. Include label dimensions and the pack pattern. Give the required output for your actual formats, not just an ideal maximum speed.
2. Compare technical information
Read the full description and photo gallery. Record the manufacturer, model, year, reference and listed output. Ask for dimensions, utilities, controls, included format parts and operating evidence where available. Missing details should be confirmed rather than inferred from pictures.
3. Check equipment condition and availability
Review the listing status, machine location and the available condition information. Ask whether a visit or operating video can be arranged. A listing marked available still requires confirmation before an order is agreed.
4. Price the complete project
Separate the equipment price from dismantling, packing, loading, transport, unloading, installation and commissioning. Ask which activities are included, which are optional and which your plant must provide.
5. Agree the handover
Confirm the equipment list, commercial terms, destination responsibilities and documentation. For a U.S. factory, review power, utilities, safety requirements and line interfaces with qualified plant personnel before dispatch.
